People of Play (POP) reveló la lista completa de finalistas de los Toy & Game International Excellence Awards (TAGIE) los mismos que tienen la misión de celebrar a los distintos miembros de la industria del Juguete en 9 distintas categorías y que se destaquen por su innovación y perseverancia.
“Estamos emocionados de estar de vuelta en persona este año para arrojar luz sobre los innovadores que nos inspiran y que son el corazón palpitante de la industria del juguete”, dice Karri Bean, presentadora de los Premios TAGIE, gerente sénior de licencias, LEGO, en Disney Parks. , Experiencias y Productos. “Todos ustedes nos inspiran a diario. Los TAGIE son nuestra oportunidad de retribuir y celebrar sus logros. Marquen sus calendarios. ¡Esperamos verlos en Chicago!”.
Los ganadores serán revelados en una ceremonia en vivo el 19 de noviembre y que se llevará a cabo en el Epiphany Center for the Arts en Chicago. Durante la ceremonia, se realizará la entrega del premio Game Changer of the Year de este año, a James Howard por su trabajo en el cortometraje Black Inventors Got Game, la película que destaca las vastas contribuciones de los inventores negros en toda la industria del juguete.
Las votaciones para los premios TAGIE de este año están abierta hasta el 31 de octubre de 2022.
